FLEA MARKET

SATURDAY, May 13, 2006 from 9 AM to 4 PM
at Dakota Club Hall, 1212 Dakota Street

We're pleased to report that
The day was a huge success!

Every table we could find was covered with donated items and the event was well attended.
We rented out five tables, had a rotating band of volunteer salespeople and cashiers, and
raised $775 for Bowls Manitoba. A special thank-you goes to the volunteer workers, led by
Elaine Jones, who spent several days receiving donated items, storing them,
then arranging and setting-up the displays, and pricing them for quick sale.

Although thanks is extended to dozens of volunteers over the weeks of preparation and presentation,
on Saturday, there was no time to take a break and we'd like to specifically mention
Marilyn Baron and Clarice Fitzpatrick - Pricing and Cashiers for the day
Jean Roeland and Laurette Godard - Pricing and arranging
Paul Rivard - Organizing and running an outdoor Consignment item event
